A category shows no products even though in the print Liix catalogue products are shown.
Answer:
- Online you will find only items that we currently have in stock.
Many shops use our site directly with the customer to show them what products are in stock & to find alternatives, if required.
- Liix offers more than 2,000 different items. We try to always have as many articles in stock as possible. Unfortunately we are not always successful.
We work with many different, sometimes very small manufacturers from around the world which can lead to temporary sell-outs of certain products.
Question: - Why can't I order at www.liix.net?
Answer: - This shop is for wholesale business & only registered dealers can order directly from Liix. If you are a retail customer then please use the [Retailer Search] to find your nearest retail shop or online shop

I received faulty or defective goods. How is a complaint handled?

- After checking the shipment please send an e-mail or fax supplied with article number and the number of defective articles.
