LIIX x manamolotov – Cologne Art Meets Cologne Cycling

Mana Kakuan is a surgeon, cyclist and artist – in that order. After more than three years working as a surgeon, she dedicated herself to her true passion: illustration. Since 2021, she has been working under the name manamolotov as a freelance artist based in Cologne. Her style is unmistakable: delicate lines, black ink, a hint of architectural and fashion drawing – light, precise and full of character.

With clients including Vitra, TUMI, Rituals and Bacardi, manamolotov has already proven that her style works on any medium. And now on bikes too. Because Mana loves cycling – and always rides with a black bandana across her face, which is exactly why a fellow student once gave her the name: manamolotov. She's not actually dangerous, of course.

The LIIX x manamolotov collection is a true Cologne collaboration: local art on local bike accessories. Every product carries her distinctive illustrative handwriting – and is at the same time a piece of Cologne's vibrant creative scene to take with you.
