We do our best to pack your order as quickly as possible! Your shipment usually arrives within 3–5 business days. Within the EU, delivery typically takes 5–10 days. During peak season, it may take up to 2 days longer, but rest assured our shipping team always does its best to get every order out the same day it comes in. All our shipments go out via UPS. At the moment, we don't ship to parcel lockers.

Shipping costs EU: Shipping costs are €14.90 net. Free shipping from €300!

Invoices with payment method "Invoice" are due within 14 days without deductions, unless stated otherwise
Invoices with payment method Direct Debit will be collected within 10 days.
Orders paid by advance payment will only be shipped once the invoice amount has been received
If paying by credit card or PayPal, the invoice is created when the goods are picked.
