The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between liix.de and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized by liix.de unless liix.de has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract:All offers are subject to change and non-binding unless they are expressly and in writing designated as binding offers by liix.de. They apply while stocks last. We reserve the right to deliver goods of equal value in the event of non-availability. You will be informed immediately in such a case. All orders are deemed accepted and binding only when confirmed in writing or by delivery with issuance of an invoice.
§ 3 Shipping and delivery:liix.de always endeavors to meet stated delivery dates; however, these are non-binding. Delivery usually takes place within 3–4 business days; for bicycles with equipment options, up to 14 business days. Shipping is carried out at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. In the event of delays, you will be notified by email of the approximate delivery date. International delivery: Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are determined before the order is placed. The customer is responsible for all customs formalities.
§ 4 Agreement on product characteristics:The characteristics of the purchased goods forming the basis of the contract result exclusively from the manufacturer’s specifications in the respective operating instructions. Deviations require a written agreement.
§ 5 Prices, due date and payment:Unless otherwise agreed, prices for end consumers are charged at the prices valid on the day of the order. All prices are final prices in EURO and include statutory VAT. For shipping outside the EU, VAT is deducted during the ordering process. Invoices from Radfieber are due for payment immediately without deduction unless a different payment term is stated on the invoice. Please note that any bank fees must be borne by you so that the full amount is received by us. Installment purchase (Germany only): Payment is made in installments after conclusion of the financing agreement.
§ 6 Warranty and liability:The customer is responsible for inspecting and examining the goods. Radfieber is not liable for damage caused by goods that are passed on without prior inspection, nor for the suitability of the delivered goods for the purposes intended by the customer, nor for damage that may arise from the processing and use of the goods. The limitation period for statutory warranty claims is two years. Bicycles delivered by us are pre-assembled in a manner suitable for shipping. liix.de assumes no liability for final assembly. In cases permitted by law, liix.de limits its liability to the delivered item itself and is therefore not liable for damage that did not occur to the delivered item itself; in particular, liix.de is not liable for lost profits or other financial losses of the customer.
§ 7 Validity of contractual provisions:The invalidity of one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
§ 8 Applicable law:The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to all business relationships.
